Wanda J. Scott

Wanda Scott, a native of Southampton County, VA, departed this life on Wednesday February 13, 2019 surrounded by family and friends at Southampton Memorial Hospital. Wanda was born June 20, 1962 to the late Alphonso and Juanita Scott. She attended Windsor High School and worked as a laborer before becoming a homemaker and took care of her grandchildren. She loved to laugh and gather with family and friends. Although she didn't have a permanent church home she was a firm believer in Christ, and she loved the Lord. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 1pm Tuesday February 19, 2019 at Saint Paul Holiness Church Sedley, VA.Viewing will take place Monday February 18, 2019 from 4-7pm at the Chapel. Professional Services entrusted to Shivers Funeral Chapel.
