Tracy Suiter

On November 27, 2023, God summoned his angels for Tracy D. Suiter 55, at her residence. She went into a deep sleep so peacefully departing this life. She is now resting in the arms of God where there are no more worries.

Tracy attended Smithfield High School in Smithfield, Virginia. She was a ember of the High School Chorus. She was employed with Smithfield packing; however, due to health issues she retired early.

At an early age Tracy accepted Christ as her personal Savior and joined Sandy Mount Baptist Church in Smithfield, Virginia where she was a member of the Youth Choir.

Tracy was a caring, loving, quiet person with a humble spirit. She took care of her mother with the support of her siblings for over twenty years. She was a loving and devoted mother to her daughter Traneisha Suiter, whom she would call (Little Girl). Tracy was also a loving sister, cousin, and a thoughtful neighbor. She took on the role of motherhood before she ever became a mother. Tracy, take your place with God because you were a good servant.

She was predeceased by her father Bartholomew Suiter, mother Otelia Suiter, and her brother Alton Suiter. Tracy leaves to cherish her loving memories to her beautiful daughter, Traneisha Suiter, four sisters; P. Jean Chapman (Lorenzo), Shelia Ridley (Larry), Janice Holloman (Michael), Aretha Shearn, three brothers; Chester Suiter, Randy Suiter, and Timothy Suiter.

She will forever be in our hearts and minds.

On Wednesday, December 6, 2023 a viewing will take place from 3-6pm at Shivers Funeral Chapel. On Thursday, December 7, 2023 A Celebration of Life L Service will be held 12pm at Sandy Mount Baptist Church. Please keep the Suiter family in your thoughts and prayers.
