Thomas Hall

Thomas Pernell Hall peacefully gained his wings on Tuesday June 24, 2025 at his home in Windsor Va. Pernell was born on November 30, 1963 to the late James Randall Hall and Daisy Liggins Hall. Pernell attended school in Windsor Va. He was married to the late Minister Virginia Johnson Hall. To that union they birthed two children, Pernell Tyrell Hall of Windsor VA and Shadae Monae Hall of Hampton. He is preceded in death by his oldest brother Larry Hall. He has two living sisters, Eunice Hall Shears (George Shears Sr.) Smithfield and Patricia Jarrett (Greg) of Smithfield.   

Thomas worked for the Crocker Brothers Farm from the age of 18 to 61 years old. He retired from his position in February of 2025. Thomas' favorite thing to do was hang out with his best friend Clinton Anderson after a hard day's work on the farm.

Thomas was a kindhearted individual who did not mind lending a helping hand when someone was in need. He loved to dance like no one was looking and you could always catch him with a cold beer in his hand. His favorite football team was the Washington Commanders and was not afraid to trash talk any other team who was playing his team on any given Sunday.

Thomas made the best decision of his life around three months ago when he gave his life to God and became born again. Although, this is a sad occasion, we can also rejoice in knowing that he left this earth with his life and soul belonging to Jesus Christ.

Thomas leaves to cherish his memory his two children, two sisters, best friend and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held 11:00am Wednesday, July 9,2025 at Shivers Funeral Chapel. Please keep the Hall family in your prayers.
