Tariq Rashad Holloman transitioned from this life on Saturday, November 23, 2024 in Windsor, Virginia.

Tariq was a dedicated fiancé, father, son, brother, cousin, and friend. Tariq and Trina are members of Beaver Dam First Baptist Church, McColl, SC under the leadership of Overseer Dr. Deborah Covington. Beaver Dam First Baptist Church is where Tariq accepted the Lord as his Savior and joined the male choir which he enjoyed.

He leaves to cherish his loving mother Jacqueline Warren; father James Chester Sr., fiancé Trina Williams; four children Cha’ya Holloman and Tah’ya Holloman both of Smithfield, VA, Jariq Holloman of Virginia Beach VA, Tariq Holloman Jr of Williamsburg, VA; two bonus children Demetrick Mc-Daniel and Jaquarious McQueen of Laurel Hill, NC as well as two grandchildren Lylah McDaniel and Maddox Marshall of Laurel Hill, NC; four sisters Sheray Holloman of Suffolk, VA (Shakorria Holloman, Anaisha Bailey), Kenya Chester of Newport News VA, Elaine Chester of Maryland, Destiny Chester of Newport News, VA, Alice Marshall of Smithfield, VA (Ray Marshall); four Brothers Dariq Holloman of Fayetteville, NC (Christina Holloman), James Chester Jr of Hampton, VA (Valerie Chester), Kareem Chester of Norfolk, VA, Michael Chester of Maryland, Irvin Laws of Smithfield, VA; and a host of nieces, nephews ,cousins and beloved friends.

On Friday, November 29, 2024, viewing will take place from 3-6pm at Shivers Funeral Chapel. At 1pm on Saturday, November 30, 2024, a Celebration of Life will be held at Shivers Funeral Chapel. Please keep the Holloman family in your prayers.
