Shirley Spratley

Shirley Mae Spratley was called home on February 14, 2019. She was the daughter of Bonnie and Gracie Spratley. She was born on November 22, 1964 in Suffolk, Virginia. She received her Diploma in Smithfield, Virginia. Shirley was employed as an electrician at Huntington Ingalls Newport News, Virginia for over 31 years. She leaves to cherish memories: two sons, Antwain Spratley, Portsmouth, Va. and Michael Spratley, Smithfield, Va., daughter in law Wilonda Spratley, and a granddaughter, Amirah Spratley; three sisters, Diane Spratley, Smithfield, Va., Joyce Spratley, Smithfield, Va., Betty Spratley, Windsor, Va.; and a brother Bernard Spratley, Surry, Va., many nieces, nephews, family and friends. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11am Saturday February 23, 2019 at Emmanuel Baptist Church. Viewing will be held Friday February 22, 2019 from 4-7pm at the chapel. Professional services entrusted to Shivers Funeral Chapel.
