Samuel "Big Slice" Jenkins, Jr. transitioned from this life on Sunday, June 15, 2025, at Riverside Regional Medical Center.

On Monday, June 23, 2025, viewing will take place from 3-6pm at Shivers Funeral Chapel.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11am on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at Main Street Baptist Church.  Interment will follow in the City of Franklin Southview Cemetery, 1409 Morton Street, Franklin, VA.
