Regina Denise Gray , 53, was a fun, loveable and outgoing person who was born November 01, 1961 to the late George Hardy Gray and Jonnie Gray to Surry, Va. She was called to heaven on Wednesday January 14, 2015 in Sentara Obici Hospital in Suffolk, Va. Regina attended Surry County Public Schools. After graduation she went on to further her education at Thomas Nelson Community College. Shortly after attending college she gained a carrier at Fort Magruder in Williamsburg, Va. Where she was a dedicated front desk for many years until her health failed. Regina leaves her most cherished memory with her three sisters Debbie Porter(Howard), Sharon Williams(Bryant) of Surry, Va; Keesha Smith(Jeff) of Williamsburg, Va; four nieces Javon Collions(Tony), Brittney Smith, Rashaun Porter, Bryteashia Williams; Three nephews Xavien Smith, Ishawn Coombs,, Desmond Coombs; one great nephews Kyree Parson Smithfield and one Special Friend James Porter; Stepson Kajuan Robinson; a host of grandchildren, aunts and uncles; four special friends Carrie Holiday, Shirley Spratley, Monica Parish and Cynthia White; Special Caretaker Lorina Newby and a special granddaughter CeOnshe Wooten. The celebration of Life Service will be conducted 1:00PM on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at Lebanon Baptist Church, Surry Virginia. Public viewing will be on Monday from 4:00pm - 7:00PM at Shivers Funeral Chapel.
