Patricia L. Osborne

Life and Legacy of Pat Patricia L.(Pat) Osborne, as she was affectionately called, was born to the late Ollie S. Harris and Arlethia B. Harris on October 5th, 1952 in Smithfield VA. Pat went into eternal rest on October 10, 2021 in Arlington, VA where she joined her late husband Robert L Osborne. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and wife. She was employed with Smithfield Foods for over 40 years. Patricia Osborne attended Isle of Wight County Schools and attended Job Corp in 1971. She was married to the love of her life for 35 years and took care of him until he went into eternal rest in August 2017. Patricia was a kind, sweet, always giving, strong lady. She loved to watch Lifetime Movie Network,TV Land, SyFy and Horror movies. Some of her hobbies included riding around, going out to eat, going to the fish market, spoiling her grandkids, and spending time with her family. Pat is preceded in death by her husband Robert L. Osborne, two sisters, Ollie Renay “Nay” Harris, Earlene Harris and two brothers, Leland Harris and Sharod Claiborne. Pat leaves behind to cherish a daughter, Venlinza Osborne; two grandchildren Jakhya Osborne and Jiyon Osborne,two bonus grandchildren Zamiyah and Deontae Jefferson (Jr), three sisters; Porticia “Sadie” Harris, Josephine Harris, Drucilla Harris, and Amanda Covington; two brothers, Aaron Harris and Allen Harris; four sisters in law Veronica Osborne, Patricia Spratley (Melvin), Sandra Smith (Doug), Martha Hughes (Avery); and four brothers in law Linwood Osborne, Larry Osborne (Rachel), Carl Osborne (Elsie), and Dennis Osborne and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, relatives and friends. A Drive-up Celebration of Life Service will be Held 12pm on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at Shivers Funeral Chapel. Viewing will take place on Friday, October 15, 2021 from 4-6pm at the chapel.
