Carrollton Lydia S. Williams, 88, passed away on July 15, 2015 at Sentara Obici Hospital. She leaves to cherish her memory two daughters Vivian R. Williams and Lydia D. Williams of Carrollton, Va; two sons Will Williams of Hampton, Va. and Roy Williams of Smithfield, Va. and a host of other relatives and friends. A funeral Service will be held 11am Monday, July 20, 2015 at Brown's AME Church. Viewing Sunday from 1-4pm Sunday at the Shivers Funeral Chapel and one hour prior to the service at the church.
