Leon Marshall Thomas, Jr

Leon Marshall Thomas Jr., entered into his eternal rest Wednesday, June 09, 2021 in Newport News, Virginia. Leon was born June 17, 1966 to the late Mary Elizabeth and Leon Marshall Thomas. He attended the public schools in Smithfield, Virginia and graduated from Smithfield High School. Leon later worked at Smithfield Packing, 258 Scrap Recycling and CBC Construction. He was last employed by A&W Automotive. Leon was known for his ability to build anything with his hands. Leon was predeceased by his parents and two brothers, Leon Ricky Thomas and Lonnie Marshall Thomas, two sisters; Doretha Jones and Linda Beth Thomas. He leaves to cherish his memory one son, Perry King of Texas, one daughter Adrianna Thomas of New York, four brothers; Boyd McDonald Thomas (Iris) of Norfolk, VA, Michael Lynn Thomas of Smithfield, VA, Craig Jeffrey Thomas (Kellea) of Hampton, VA, four sisters; Mary Elizabeth Thomas of Hampton, VA, Cheryl Yvonne Judkins (Stacey) of Carrollton, VA, Yolanda Yvette Addison(Marqee) of Smithfield, VA and Belinda Jeanette Sharpe of Hampton, VA. and many aunts, uncles cousins, nieces and nephews. A Graveside Service will be held 11am Thursday, June 17, 2021 at Mt. Tabor Church of God In Christ Smithfield, Virginia. There will be NO PUBLIC VIEWING.
