Kameron Nasir Robertson

Kameron Nasir Robertson gained his heavenly wings when he answered the Father’s call on Tuesday, April 13, 2021. Kameron was born on October 14, 2004, to Latisha L. Shivers and Quinn D. Robertson at Louise Obici Memorial Hospital, Suffolk, VA.

Kameron was a sophomore at Smithfield High School. Kam excelled in his studies majoring in honor courses. He took pride in his academic achievements and continued to push himself to go above and beyond and achieved his goal of obtaining a 3.8 GPA. Kam had a love for singing. He was a member of the Smithfield High School chorus and showcased his talent in concerts at the school.

Kameron had a passion for caring for others, especially his nana, Margaret L. Branch. Because of his nana’s health condition, Kam decided that he wanted to become a doctor so that he could find a cure to help his nana and others who suffered from health issues. Kam was a caring, giving, unselfish, and loving young man. He also had a love for technology and enjoyed playing Fortnite and other games with his siblings and friends.

Kameron leaves to cherish his memory mother Latisha L. Shivers, father Quinn D. Robertson, sisters Rakia Q. Robertson, Destiny A. Shivers (Zayanna), Nikia Robertson, Ja’Nylia Robertson, Akia Robertson, and Zykia Robertson, brothers Melachi J. Goodman, Ny’John Robertson, and Ty’John Hill, grandparents Sterling and Elder Margaret Thomas and Marvin and Glenda Evans, great grandparents Lloyd A. Jr. and Margaret Branch and Marvin Evans Sr., aunts Barbara Shears-Walker, Deloris Shivers, Cindy Ralph, Yvonne Evans, and Erica Boone, uncles Lloyd A. Branch III, Calvin White, and Alonzo Evans, special cousins Courtland Shivers, Quanisha Barrett and Arrington Shears-Walker, a special family friend Andre Deloatch, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Kam will truly be missed by all who know and love him. Rest in Paradise our guardian angel.

A Drive-in Celebration of Life Service will be held 12pm Saturday, April 17, 2021 at Shivers Funeral Chapel. Viewing will take place Friday, April 16, 2021 from 4-6pm at Shivers Funeral Chapel. Kameron is in the loving and professional care of Shivers Funeral Chapel. Please keep the Shivers and Robertson family in your thoughts and prayers.
