Obituary the Life of Jerome Michael Uzzle Jerome Michael Uzzle transitioned from this life August 18, 2019 Jerome Michael Uzzle was born April 3, 1985 to Michael Jerome Uzzle and Bonnie Geraldine Liggins. He was a husband (Chandra - deceased) and a father. Jerome was a loving, kind, and caring person. Throughout his childhood he attended Brown's A.M.E. Church, Smithfield, VA where he was baptized. He was a graduate of Smithfield High School, Smithfield, VA. His very first job was with the family owned business Uzzle'sTowing, Smithfield, VA. He was employed at Smithfield Packing Smithfield, VA and later held employment at Huntington Ingalls Industries Newport News, VA. Jerome enjoyed world wrestling entertainment and antique automobile shows (he attended with his dad). His favorite NFL team was the Minnesota Vikings. His favorite NBA team was Portland Trail Blazers. He loved, loved, loved Butter Pecan Ice Cream. Jerome leaves to cherish his memory both parents Michael Jerome Uzzle and Bonnie Geraldine Liggins-Howell; stepfather Donald Howell Sr.; brother Lacell L. Howell; stepbrother Donald Howell Jr.; grandparents Walter and Clarice Uzzle and Geraldine Liggins; four children TygenBrozhil Beckett-Bennett, Chauncy LaTrae Uzzle, Chasity Paradise Uzzle and Prince Chance Michael Jerome Uzzle; and a host of cousins and friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 12pm Saturday August 24, 2019 at Sweet Haven Holy Church of God 22188 Brewers Neck Boulevard, Carrollton, VA. 23314. Viewing will take place Friday, August 23 from 4-7 PM at the Chapel. Professional Services entrusted to Shivers Funeral Chapel.
