James A. Mason

James A. Mason transitioned from this life Wednesday April 29, 2020 in New York. He was born July 15, 1945 to the late Walter L. and Corine Johnson Mason. He was a graduate of Georgie Tyler High School. His survivors include his children; Angela Mason, Chesapeake, VA, James A. Mason, II of Charlotte, NC and Jody Eley of Windsor, VA. His siblings; Larry Mason, Wilma Mason and Zelma Birchette all of Windsor, VA., Kelma Mason, Skippy, VA and Lowell Mason, Ellenwood, GA. His brother Al Joseph Johnson preceded him in death. Treasuring his memory include several Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews. A Graveside Service will be held 11am Saturday, May 9, 2020 at Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery. 9000 Fire Tower Rd, Windsor, VA. Viewing will take place Friday May 8, 2020 from 4-7pm at Shivers Funeral Chapel. Mr. Mason is in the loving and professional care of Shivers Funeral Chapel. Please keep the Mason Family in prayer.
