Kentucky: James Wilson Mandley entered into eternal rest Sunday, Aug. 10,2014 at Sacred Heaer Nursing Home In Louisville, Ky. He was born 10-24-27 in Pantego, NC to the late Carrie Rodman Mandley and Joseph Mandley. James retired from ABF Truckng Co. after 22 years of service.He had a loving smile and a quiet spirit with qualities of someone you would be proud to know. He leaves to cherish his memory: wife, Ora Mandley; daughters, Mary Turner (James), Tihasia Mandley; sons, Larry Mandly, James B. Mandley (Annette), Terry Mandley; grandchildren,great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. James will lie in state at Campbell's Chapel A.M.E. Church 20279 Brewer's Neck Blvd., Carrollton, VA Saturday, 8-16-14 from 11:00am to 1:00pm. Service to begin at 1:00 pm. Professional services entrusted to Shivers Funeral Chapel, Smithfield.

Burial Date August 16, 2014

James will lie in state at Campbell's Chapel A.M.E. Church 20279 Brewer's Neck Blvd., Carrollton, VA Saturday, 8-16-14 from 11:00am to 1:00pm. Service to begin at 1:00 pm.
