Franklin Lee Kigler

On Sunday July 14, 2019 God came and took Franklin Lee Kigler to his eternal resting place. He was born October 26, 1941 in Isle of Wight County. He went to Georgie Tyler School. He worked at Askew Nursery until he retired. He joined Shiloh Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and May Kigler Barnes, two sisters: Edith Barnes Mozell and Barbara Anne Kigler; one brother James McCoy Kigler and one son Franklin McCoy Manning. He lives to cherish his memory his wife Gladys Kigler, six children, Tony Kigler, Richard Kigler (Lavonda) Angelia Holliman (Keith) April Chapman, Cynthia one sister Jean Kigler Davis (Willie), a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren, one special grandchild Justice Dominque Chapman and a devoted friend Loretta Davis. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11 am Saturday July 20, 2019 at Shiloh Baptist Church Windsor, Va. Viewing will take place Friday July 19, 2019 from 4-7 pm at Shivers Funeral Chapel. Professional Services entrusted to Shivers Funeral Chapel.
