Frank M. Elder transitioned from this life on Tuesday May 19, 2026 in Smithfield, Va.
On Monday, May 25, 2026 viewing will take place from 3-6pm at Shivers Funeral Chapel. A Celebration of Life Service will be 12pm on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, Ivor. Interment will follow the service in the church cemetery. Please keep the Elder family in your prayers
