Evans D. Wiggins commonly known as E-Dogg of Suffolk VA, entered peacefully into eternal rest at Sentara General Heart Hospital of Norfolk, Virginia on Tuesday, March 9, 2021. Before his spiritual departure, he celebrated his 51st birthday on March 3, 2021. Evans, who was born in Suffolk, Virginia, relocated to Smithfield Virginia in 1978 and continued his education through Smithfield (Public Schools. After graduating from Smithfield High School, he worked for various companies in the Smithfield area. One of which, was C. W. Cowlings a restaurant he enjoyed working at for many years in the mid1990s. As it relates to having his own family, he did not have any biological children. He did, however, provide guidance to children of his immediate family and to others when he lived in a neighborhood called "Pine Heights" in Smithfield VA as a resident. Shortly after living and working in Smithfield for quite some time, he made a career decision to move to North Carolina for a few years. While there, he met Serena Barbour, who became the love of his life. Although slated to marry her, the relationship unfortunately remained at the fianc' level due to his illness. Their engagement lasted for eight years as he made his final move back to Suffolk, VA for medical reasons. While back in Suffolk, VA he took an interest in light outdoor maintenance work. As a volunteer and great field hand to Raymond Winfield (who owns a heating and cooling business), he learned about installing outdoor heating and cooling units. He was a dedicated and faithful helper to Mr. Winfield who also encouraged his faith by sharing the Word of God with him on and off the jobsite. Their working relationship lasted for several years. He was respected, appreciated by his peers and those he served. All in all, he was preceded in death by his father James Lee Ward, Sr.; He leaves to mourn and cherish: his mother; Brenda (B.
