Earnestine Giles Delk was called from labor to reward and entered into her father's kingdom on November 24, 2016. God sent his death angel to pick one of his most precious flowers. She served in various ministries to include the Seniors' Missionary ministry, the Senior Choir where she served as Chaplin, the Mass Choir, Monday Bible Study member, Sunday School member, Kitchen Helper/Hostess ministry, the Tutorial program, and was a former member of pastor's aide ministry. Earnestine loved the lord, her family, pastor and church. Earnestine was preceded in death by her son Willie Norris Bailey and a host of brothers and sisters. Earnestine leave to cherish her memory one brother; Timothy Edwards of Newport News, Va., one son; Alfred T "Baby Ray" Bailey (wife; Sheila) of Newport News, Va., stepson; Ray Delk Jr. of Newport News, Va., grandchildren; Katina L. We love you and we will miss you but we know God love you best. Her Journey's Just Begun Don't think of her as gone away Her journey's just begun Life holds so many facets This earth is only one Just think of her resting from the sorrows and the tears in a place of warmth and comfort where there are no days and years Thinking how she must be wishing that we could know today how nothing but our sadness can really pass away And think of her as leaving in the hearts of those who she touched for nothing loved is ever lost and she was loved so much
