Hampton: Clarence Seward, 63, born December 5, 1951 in Mecklenburg County, Virginia, to Hillard and Beatrice Seward. The seventh of 11 children, he attended grade school in Smithfield and Junior High in Newark, NJ. He enlisted in the Air Force, Nov. 2, 1970 and discharged Dec. 22, 1972. Survivors: Two daughters, Monique Couloote and Nicole Seward; three brothers, John Seward, Smithfield, VA, Michael Seward of Newport News, Charlie "Buck" Lewis Seward of South Hill, VA; and three sisters, Thelma Pearl Kindred of Hampton, VA and Beatrice Alma Wood and Catherine Branch, both of Newport News. A Funeral Service will be held 11am Saturday, June 06, 2015 at Sweet Haven Holy Church of God, Carrollton, Va. Viewing Friday, June 05, 2015 from 4:00pm - 7:00pm at the Chapel.
