Charles A. Brown Sr., 66, was born December 23, 1948, in Windsor, VA to the late James and Sarah Brown. He was called home on March 30, 2015 at the Coliseum Park Convalescent Home in Hampton, VA. Charles is survived by four children, Tito Batten, Charles Brown Jr., Renita Johnson, and La'Shandra Livermon; four sisters, Sharon Revell, Antoinette Brookins (James), Vivian Collins, and Christine Townsell; seven grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A funeral service will be held 11am on Saturday, April 4, at Shivers Funeral Chapel. Viewing Friday from 4pm to 7pm at the Chapel.
