She was the daughter of the late George M. and Carrie D. Warren. Celes was precede in death by her husband, Walter L. Bailey, son, Stewart L. Bailey; granddaughter, Dan'yell T. Bailey. Celes was a native of Isle of Wight County and was employed with the Newport News Shipbuilding. Her all-time favorite football team was the Dallas Cowboys. Celes leaves to cherish her memory, one son, Walter Bailey of Boston, MA; two daughters, Monica L. Bailey of Newport News, VA and Natalie D. Bailey of Jacksonville, FL; 13 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren; two brothers, Eric Warren of Smithfield, VA, Marvin (Sarah) Warren of Newport News, VA; four sisters, Violet (James) Williams of Surry, VA, Lillie Day of Lorton, VA, Ellen Tynes and Lydia Palmer and one sister-in-law, Eva Warren all from Carrollton, VA; one uncle, Charlie (Darlene) Spratley of Smithfield, VA; one great aunt, Georgia Bowling of Smithfield, VA and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Celes was a mess she always said what was on her mine. When George and Carrie conceded her that was a mold you couldn't break. Always there lending a helping hand, cherishing her grand's and great grand's with all her heart. She became an active member of the America Legion Auxiliary and was always there to lend a hand to help out when and where ever needed. We would like to thank the Hospice of Virginia (Andrea Blanks), they was always there to help us and Jencare (Dr. Ford) was also always there, just a phone call away. Thank You, Thank You.
