Brenda Wynn Willis

Brenda Joyce Willis, 68, passed peacefully from this life on the evening of April 7^th 2018 after a gradual decline in health surrounded and supported by her loving family and friends. Brenda was born on June 19, 1949 in Isle of Wight County to the late Julia Mae Wynn and William Ford. She was baptized at an early age and was a faithful member of Main Street Baptist Church until her health started to decline. Brenda was married to the late Warren Willis and was employed with Smithfield Foods in Smithfield, VA where she retired after 38 years of service. After retirement she found joy in raising her grandchildren and playing solitaire. Brenda was also preceded in death by her sister Toni B. Wynn She leaves to cherish her memory, One daughter, Angela Booker, four grandchildren; Tyrica Wynn, Latoya Wynn, Frances Booker and Jerry Rodgers. Four sisters; Arnetta Drummond and Marchia Ford of Smithfield, VA., Cynthia Brown of Catonsville, MD. and Evelyn Green of Surry, VA. One brother, Ervin Crawley of Windsor, VA. Nine great grandchildren and a special niece, Donta Marshall who kept her smiling, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. A Celebration of Life service will beheld1:00PMon Friday, April 13, 2018at Main Street Baptist church Smithfield, Va. Viewing will be held one hour prior to the Celebration of Life service. Interment will be in theEbenezer cemetery, Windsor, Va. Professional services are entrusted to Shivers Funeral Chapel.
