A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, October 21, 2016, 11am at Shivers Funeral Chapel, Smithfield, Va. Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 20, 2016 from 4pm - 7pm at the chapel. Interment will be in the Mt. Moriah cemetery, Surry, Va. Professional services entrusted to Shivers Funeral Chapel.
