Alexander Ellis

Alexander Ellis was called home to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on November 30, 2022 in Waverly, VA.

Alex was a father, uncle, brother and friend to many. He always had a joke that would make you laugh. He worked in food service for many years.

Alex was preceded in death by his mother Lucy Ellis, father Linwood Ellis, three sisters Annette, Carine, and Josephine. five brothers Lawerance, Robert, Richard, Alex, and Earl.  He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Dee Dee Ellis and his son Alexander Ellis Jr; five sisters Virgina, Noreen, Helen, Sisroe and Dorothy(Anthony); his two brothers Joe(Debbie) and Tony, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and a special Valerie.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 12 PM Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at Shivers Funeral Chapel. Please keep the Ellis family in your prayers.
