A Celebration of Life Service will be held 1pm Monday December 17, 2018 at Campbell's Chapel A.M.E. Church Carrollton, Va. Interment will be at the Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery. Viewing will take place Sunday December 16, 2018 from 2-5pm at the chapel. Professional Services entrusted to Shivers Funeral Chapel.
